Impressive digital inkjet printing.

The FP-230 uses the L901 Plus printer to produce vibrant, full-color prints on rolls up to 230 mm wide with a maximum speed of 18 m/min. Variable data and color matching are easily handled with the optional Northstar RIP. Water-based inks have been approved for food packaging when combined with in-line cold lamination, and your finished roll is trimmed to the perfect width using the two rotary knives.

Reduce waste, time, and storage.

The FP-230 allows for ‘just-in-time’ roll production, eliminating the need to stock preprinted rolls. Compared to traditional production methods like Flexo and Roto, it significantly reduces plastic waste by using only 3 meters of film for job setup.
